Who Are We?

For nearly 25 years, I've cleaned windows at thousands of homes and buildings in Hudson, Ohio and surrounding communities. I had 2 crews and 2 trucks for years. Problem was dealing with my employee issues and their quality of work. So I am now basically a one man window cleaning machine. So you get the true window cleaning master showing up to do the work.

Only one problem - minimal demand for me in Ohio during the cold winter months.

Based in Boneta Springs, FL during December and January, I clean windows in Marco, Naples, Bonita, Estero and also Sarasota scheduling is available.

Who is Eric Howell the Great Window Cleaner?

In my 25 years in business , I am certainly a master at cleaning glass and window sills. However; I feel the relationships I have with my long time customers fuels my success. I view most of my customers more like friends than clients. In Ohio - I do no advertising. My work is 100% repeat business and word of mouth referrals.

My pricing is reasonable, fair, and competitive. Depends on the window and if I clean both the interior and exterior. Typically a window costs about $8 for both the interior and exterior.

My goal is to grow my name in Southwest Florida during these cold Ohio winters. With 3 kids in college, I have no choice but to head south for the winter.

Our Cleaning Services

Residential

Residential window cleaning is the foundation of my business. Not only is the window spotless, but there is no mess left behind inside. I keep it simple. I show up when I say, and I efficiently get the job done and move onto the next customer.

Commercial

Commercial buildings simply have more windows. I do many quarterly office projects and also some rather large 4-5 story medical buildings.

I use both the waterfed pole system and the traditional squeegee method. The system is unique to the job.

Gutter Cleaning

Gutter cleaning is another key component of what I do. June and November is the general demand for this service, but whenever a downspout is clogged I can take care of that.
